Please Note: all picture frame dimensions are measured from the inside of the frame. Your frame size should be exactly the same size as the photo, painting, artwork or whatever you want to frame.

For example: if you want to frame an 8"x10" photograph, you should order an 8x10 picture frame.
The opening of the frame is the size of the frame.

Please do not overcompensate your frame measurements.

Who manufacture your picture frames?

We, California Frames, have our own picture frame factory and manufacture our picture frames ourselves. We are not resellers or middle men. Manufacturing our picture frames ourselves enable us to give you the best retail and wholesale picture frame prices in the industry.

Large and oversize packages and shipments
Large and/or "oversize" packages are orders that are packed in very big shipping boxes or packages. These packaged orders can be very expensive to ship both within the United States and abroad. It doesn't matter how much the actual package weighs, if it is "oversize" that matters.

Please note that you will NOT be billed by mass weight, but by dimensional weight.

If your package falls into the category of "oversize", and you are shipping to within the US, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii, then your order will ship via UPS Ground, as that is the least expensive shipping method. You can also select Priority Mail at checkout. If additional charges apply, we will inform you via e-mail or phone call and proceed to charge your credit card unless you cancel your order first.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we only accept payments via a bank deposit at any Wells Fargo bank branch and payments via money order, personal or company checks and Western Union. Please contact us for other payment options not listed here.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

Usually it takes from 2 to 3 weeks to ship wholesale orders via the shipping method chosen at check out. If we do not have the picture frames on stock, we will let you know by email how long it will take to fulfill your order.

Note: If there is a problem fulfilling your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a solution.

Do you have a printed catalog?
For now our website is our catalog. As soon as we have a printed catalog ready, we will post a message on our web site.

How accurately do the site images show the frames?

Please note that the images of our picture frames displayed on our web site are the exact picture frames we sell online.

Currently we are updating our picture frames photos. In the mean time feel free to order products based on our web site photos and information.

If for whatever reason a picture frame color is not what you expected, we will change it free of charge for the correct frame.

We always place a description of the product with the larger image that will explain sizes, linen and colors. We are continuously updating our pictures to get the best quality of color. To compare all colors in one category, just click on "Details" (red link) on the checkout page to view all colors on one page . This way it will be easy for you to select a color without making a mistake.
